Our Why
I am Jaylyn Boone, Founder of BuildWithBoone, where we believe every student is significant and has the ability to greatly impact the world.
Therefore, we make it our personal mission to present life changing information in an easily digestible way, so that students at every level can receive, retain and apply the principles and practices we share.
As a speaker, who has traveled the country observing and engaging with people of various backgrounds, I’ve come to learn that there are four key areas that often determine the trajectory of a person’s life. Regardless of race, religion, age, orientation, preference or position, there are four degrees of separation between a life of purpose and a life of painful regrets.
Upon this discovery, I began to create a program to help people identify, assess and adjust the areas in their lives that have kept them from better versions of themselves.
This program has transformed the way people see themselves, their goals, abilities and shortcomings, as well as how they see others. In doing so, it has not only created a higher level of confidence for the individual, but a higher level of empathy and inclusivity among the collective.
As a result, parents, leaders and administrators alike have come to see this program, not as a nicety, but as a necessity for both themselves and the students they care for. I believe that upon discovering the power of this program, you too, will speak of its importance for students across the world.

We equip your students with the tools to eradicate insecurity, cultivate confidence and increase self awareness. In doing so, we partner with the efforts of teachers, administrators and parents to combat bullying and self-harm, while enhancing students’ ability to connect with others.

Our programs empower students with the tools to apply the lessons they’ve learned about self-awareness, empathy and effective decision making to prepare them for leadership beyond the classroom and into their communities.
